---护照有效期超过六个月

---出发单程机票或者订单

---各省外事办公室领事处的认证的未受刑事处分认证书

---经各省外事办公室领事处认证的亲属关系认证

---秘鲁方的担保函，经过秘鲁外交部的认证

---秘鲁移民局签发的签证许可

---秘鲁方亲人的秘鲁居住证复印件，护照复印件和秘鲁签证复印件

---两张护照尺寸彩照，须白底

---申请人来领事馆面试

Immigrant Visa

--- Passport valid for at least 6 months

--- One-trip tickets or booking slip

--- Certificate of No-criminal Record notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese Municipality

--- Certificate of Relationship notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese Municipality

--- Letter of guarantee, notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru

--- Certificate of the authorization of peruvian migration

--- Copys of pasaport, peruvian visa and the peruvian residence permit of the relative in Peru

--- Two color photos with size for passport

--- Personal interview
