短期学生签证

--- 学校录取通知书，并经秘鲁外交部认证
--- 申请者最近三个月的银行存款证明，并经省外事办公室认证，或者出示具有国际支付功能的信用卡，并复印备份
--- 未受刑事处分证明, 并经省外事办公室认证
--- 中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫出具的国际旅行健康检查证明书和国际预防接种证书
--- 来回程机票或者订单
--- 两张护照尺寸彩照


Temporal Student Visa

--- Matriculation Letter notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru
--- Certificate of Deposit of the latter three months notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Municipality, or presentation of International Credit Card and one copy of the card
--- Certificate of No-criminal Record notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Municipality
--- Certificate of Health Examination and International Certificate of Vaccination by Entry – Exit Inspection and Quarantine of the People`s Republic of China
--- Round-trip tickets or booking slip
--- Two colour photos with size for passport
