--- 邀请函原件，经秘鲁外交部认证
--- 派谴函原件，经单位注册所在地省外事办公室认证
--- 营业执照复印件
--- 来回程机票或者订单
--- 未受刑事处分证明, 并经省外事办公室认证
--- 中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫出具的国际旅行健康检查证明书和国际预防接种证书
--- 两张护照尺寸彩照

Temporal Business Visa

--- Original Invitation Letter notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru
--- Original Dispatch Letter notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Municipality where the Unit is registered
--- Copy of the Business License of the Unit
--- Round-trip tickets or booking slip
--- Certificate of No-criminal Record notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Municipality
--- Certificate of Health Examination and International Certificate of Vaccination by Entry – Exit Inspection and Quarantine of the People`s Republic of China
--- Two color photos with size for passport
