短期旅游签证

--- 中国游出境游资格的旅行社出具的介绍信原件
--- 申请者最近三个月的银行存款证明，或者出示具有国际支付功能的信用卡，并复印备份
--- 秘鲁当地的酒店订单
--- 未受刑事处分证明, 并经省外事办公室认证
--- 中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫出具的国际旅行健康检查证明书和国际预防接种证书
--- 来回程机票或者订单
--- 两张护照尺寸彩照

Temporal Tourist Visa

--- Official Letter of Chinese Travel Agency authorized by the China National Tourism Administration
--- Itinerary arranged by a Peruvian travel service agency
--- Certificate of Deposit of the latter three months notarized or presentation of International Credit Card and one copy of the card
--- Hotel booking slip
--- Certificate of No-criminal Record notarized by the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Municipality
--- Certificate of Health Examination and International Certificate of Vaccination by Entry – Exit Inspection and Quarantine of the People`s Republic of China
--- Round-trip tickets or booking slip
--- Two colour photos with size for passport
